Sunday February 22 Group B walk from Overbrook towards Miquon (Winter 2026)
Date:
You are signing up to walk with Group B on Sunday February 22, 8:20, from Overbrook towards Miquon.
Please register individually for EACH segment of the Winter 2026 Walk Around Philadelphia that you plan to attend.
About this segment:
Meet at the outbound platform of the Overbrook regional rail station
Many of us will be coming in on the SEPTA regional rail train from Center City scheduled to arrive at 8:19 (Paoli/Thorndale Line) – Look for us in the back car!
This segment is estimated to take roughly 10 miles and 5 hours of walking. The terrain includes sidewalks, multiple bridge crossing options, wooded & canal trails.
Your mileage, terrain and endpoint may vary depending on choices made by your group; you can always choose to walk a partial segment.
Registration fees & contributions:
Walk event fees cover some of the administrative and logistical costs associated with facilitating the walk and helping make this experience more accessible to others. Please contribute the amount that feels accessible to you.
NOTE: Event fees and contributions made through this website are not tax deductible. IMPORTANT NOTE re: event start times & SEPTA transit
Our walk segment start times are coordinated with SEPTA schedules. The current funding landscape and potential service cuts may impact this project. Please contact your elected representatives to advocate for public transit, and keep an eye out for updates from us; event start times may need to be adjusted in response to any SEPTA schedule changes. If a regional rail train is delayed, the start time may be as well.
