Help make the Walk accessible to more people

Walk Around Philadelphia is growing into a citywide walking practice rooted in curiosity, care, and connection.

Your financial support helps expand access — especially for participants facing financial hardship, language and mobility barriers, or systemic inequities in outdoor, arts, and civic programming.

Donations support:

Make a tax-deductible donation

Walk Around Philadelphia is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization.

Contributions for the charitable purposes of Walk Around Philadelphia must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas” only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)

If you give through a Donor-Advised Fund, please direct the gift to:

Fractured Atlas
EIN: 11-3451703

and include a note indicating:

“For Walk Around Philadelphia”

We’re always grateful to receive a quick email letting us know a DAF gift is on the way so we can keep an eye out for it.

Mail a check

Checks should be made payable to:

Fractured Atlas
(with “Walk Around Philadelphia” written in the memo line)

and mailed to:

Walk Around Philadelphia
4919 Pentridge St
Philadelphia, PA 19143

If you send a check, feel free to email us so we know to watch the mail — thank you.

Sliding-scale registration
(non-deductible)

Another meaningful way to support the Walk is simply by registering at the level that works for you during our seasonal walk cycles or other events.

Sliding-scale registration helps sustain the project and reduces administrative fees — however, these payments are not tax-deductible.

Why your support matters

Walk Around Philadelphia began as a small artist-led experiment and is now growing into a community-rooted practice that invites people from across the region — including those historically excluded from programs like this — to explore the city together.

-> History & roadmap

Your contribution helps ensure that cost, time, trust, and mobility are not barriers to participation. Thank you for supporting access, equity, and care.

Gratitude

This project continues because people choose to share resources, time, and care. However you’re able to give — thank you.
