You’ll be walking ↻ Clockwise from North Broad Street toward Fox Chase.

About this segment
📍 Meeting point: H Mart Elkins Park
☕ Optional pre-walk social: You’re welcome to arrive 1 hour before, at 8:00 AM, for coffee at Paris Baguette.
🍻 Optional post-walk gathering: This segment may include the option to gather for snacks in Fox Chase after the walk.
🗺️ Segment overview: This segment is estimated to cover roughly 5.5 miles over about 5 hours. The terrain includes mostly easy sidewalk walking, with opportunities for off-road forest adventures.
🧭 Every walk unfolds a little differently. Your mileage, terrain, and endpoint may vary depending on the choices your group makes together along the way. You’re always welcome to join for just part of a day’s walk. See our FAQ for more information.
Transportation
🚌 Many walkers will arrive via SEPTA #16 or #22 bus bus. Keep an eye out for fellow walkers along the way!

Important note about event start times & SEPTA transit
⚠️ Our walk segment start times are coordinated with SEPTA schedules. The current funding landscape and potential service cuts may impact this project. Please contact your elected representatives to advocate for public transit, and keep an eye out for updates from us; event start times may need to be adjusted in response to any SEPTA schedule changes. If a regional rail train is delayed, the start time may be as well.
